Lots of catching up to do

Baby Sawyer Update.

Over the past month we have been busy; hence the lack of post. We are now 33 weeks along...crazy to think we are in the home stretch. Everything is still going smoothly with the pregnancy. Sawyer is a mover and a shaker, he is constantly moving and pushing. We are now going every two weeks to the doctor to make sure things are progressing well. At my last doctors appointment the doctor says he is a BIG boy...only time will tell.

Here is a little sneak peak at our little boy. We really can't wait to see his sweet face. I think that has been the one thing that I think about most...what traits will he have of his mommy and what traits of his daddy.

Nursery in the making.
With only single digit weeks remaining, we have been working hard on the the nursery. I will post pictures when everything is complete, but until then here is Ragan working hard. The color of the nursery is "Sassy Green," and I love it.

Company and Baby Showers.

The Williams' came to visit the weekend of Easter. We ate lots of great food, visited with friends and family, shopped, and prepared for Sawyer's arrival. Ragan's cousin, Martiel, moved to Raleigh in January from Texas; so it was great to have her over for dinner while her aunt and uncle were in town. We put together the crib and it really made the room feel like a nursery. But the best part of the weekend was the first baby shower.
My sister, cousin, and aunts hosted a fabulous baby shower on Saturday afternoon. I had the best time surrounded my great family and friends.

The diaper cake and onesie made for Sawyer. The onesie says, "If you think I am good lookin' you should see my aunt." Only my sister!

Family Easter Photo/29 weeks belly shot
After our delicious home cooked Easter meal we took time for a picture of the Williams and Upchurch families together.

Greensboro Shower.

Two of my closest friends from childhood, Megan Marshall and Brittanie Coleman, hosted a baby shower in Greensboro at the Secret Tea Room. It was such a cute quaint shower with tea, fruit, scones, mini sandwiches, and yummy cupcakes.

My goddaughter, Liza Grace, made a short appearance. LG is Brittanie's daughter.

Bible Study Shower.

Last night,my bible study hosted a shower. I have been so blessed to have this group of girls in my life. As you can see, our group is growing with children!
