We had a great night listening to the Embers and enjoyed lots of people watching! We look forward to Sawyer loving beach music as much as we do and teaching him to shag...dance that is! For all you non-North Carolinians....shag is the type of dance to beach music...and no beach music is not the Beach Boys!

Due Date Photo...40 weeks

It's D-Day and NO BABY!!
Well today is June 17th, my due date...we have no baby and no signs that Sawyer is ready to enter this world. I went for what I thought would be my last doctor's visit yesterday, and he said he was going to have the nurse call today to schedule a date for me to be induced next week. I will go back to the doctor on Monday. It is not to say that Sawyer will not arrive before...but is very unlikely.
As most of you know, Ragan has been traveling to Charlotte on the weekends for the NCAS State Games. We are just hoping that Sawyer will be smart enough to know when Daddy is in town and when would be a great time to arrive.
I am feeling great, but my round belly is starting to get in the way. I guess that is what happens when you are 40 weeks pregnant. My ankles are the sizes of watermelons, not really, but they are swollen all the time. I guess 90+ degree weather everyday is not helping the situation. My doctor said, "I have yet to have a pregnant lady's ankles split open, although I know that is what you feel they are going to do." I am still sleeping through the night and working...I plan to work until Sawyer arrives.
Tonight we are going to the North Hills Beach Music party to enjoy a little socializing with friends and dancing. 40 week picture to come...

Nursery Pictures
Many people have requested pictures of the nursery...so here they are:
I just love to spend time in Sawyer's room and so does Tucker. It is his favorite room...there will be times when Tucker is missing and we find him asleep in Sawyer's room. I really can't wait for them to be buds running around the house together.
